Technically David’s employment with LNP started in 1966 when he was 19, but his enthusiasm for the business and keen interest in its manufacturing processes began in the mid-1950s when, with his father, he would spend happy weekend afternoons in the factory. Staff welfare, Quality Assurance and the improvement of LNP’s production processes have always been David’s principal priorities.

Tom Malby
Thomas Malby is the 8th generation of the Malby family. He has worked in every area of the business and has extensive knowledge of all our operations, processes and products. Tom was appointed a director in 2014 and is currently leading LNP’s advance towards AS9100 accreditation.

Jenny Gearing
Jenny has worked within LNP for 16 years, appointed Director 2017, Jenny is the point of contact for all Finance, Payroll and Human Resources, Jenny is very much in the driving seat of the companies running, her strength is decision making and providing a platform for the future running of LNP.

Rebecca Manville
Rebecca started working for LNP in 2007 as an account assistant, after 5 years she left the company and returned in 2016. During the pandemic she took over the role as quality manager, Rebecca is highly observant and has exceptional customer service skills.

Tina Pullen
Tina has been a loyal staff member for over 4 decades. Tina rose through the ranks to become the sales manager. Tina works tirelessly on sales to ensure all documentation is correct before the product is put through manufacturing.

Kayleigh Moore
Kayleigh started working for London Name Plate in 2018 and has been the office manager since 2020. Kayleigh’s responsibilities are to oversee the day to day running of the sales office making sure data and information is correct and LNPs digital archive system is up to date.

Darren Murray
In November 2021, Darren became a part of our team bringing with him his experience in the manufacturing industry. Upon joining, Darren assumed the responsibility of leading and managing an excellent team. He effectively integrated and trained younger members of the team. In September 2023 Darren assumed the position of Senior Works Manager.

Steve Radmall
Steve has worked for London Nameplate for 46 years; he started as a wet shop operative and progressed to the works and maintenance manager. Steve has been crucial to the progression and modernisation of the company.

Kris Radmall
Kris is a highly skilled professional in the drawing office, committed to producing accurate and visually appealing technical drawings. Kris is experienced in drafting and proficient in using the latest software tools.

Reece-leigh Murray
At London Name Plate, Reece-leigh Murray serves as the Health and Safety Officer, bringing with him extensive experience working in military engineering and hospital environments. With his tireless work ethic, Reece is dedicated to driving LNP’s progress and success.
